The Solution
If you have setup WordPress and your theme on a local server such as MAMPP or XAMPP to load content and tinker with customizations, you either need to move the entire site to a production server or export just the data and perform the setup over again. In most cases, the data export is the safest and sanest option, but if you know your way around FTP and PHPMyAdmin, the following will serve as a tremendous help in checking off important tasks to migrate successfully.
