Timthumb support has been permenently removed in this update. This is a seucrity requirement and to follow WordPress coding standards. If you are updating from a very old MagPress install, you will need to edit each post and ensure a Featured Image is set on the right side (if not, click Set Featured Image and select the image from your library)
