The Solution

  1. Please ensure both WooCommerce  and WordPress are up to date by checking Dashboard > Updates
  2. Ensure your theme is up to date 
  3. Verify your shop pages are connected to the right page templates, contain the right shortcodes, and are linked in WooCommerce. Refer to your theme documentation’s “Verify WooCommerce Shop Pages” article.
