Enhancements

Slider arrows will now be hidden if slider is configured to only show one slide
A Shop-Sidebar template has been added for static shop pages or WooShortcodes. Use this page template to add WooCommerce Featured Products or On Sale products via WooShortcode, for example.
Page widget images will now link to the custom link you enter in the widget options
HTML Doctype has been updated to HTML5. Please note this will cause some elements in the theme to no longer display or work properly in IE8 or lower.

General Fixes

Fixed content container padding in tablet responsive layout.
Fixed missing slider script on preset page layout.
Fixed $image_class undefined errors.
Removed category widget strict warning.
