Introduction
The full error usually appears at the top of the page or where the slider would normally be in the layout. If your host is supressing errors, you will see nothing until you inspect the page source.

The Solution
You need to select all filters in the slider widget settings under →. Refer to your Theme Documentation for specifics on your theme’s slider widget.
Example:
- Select a post type from the Display menu and click Save
- Select a category and click Save
- Select the remaining options and click Save
