Album Categories

The main Album page displays a collage of photos from each individual album which is published.

Categories divide your album posts into groups, disciplines or any other subsection you can think of. Multiple albums may belong to one category, separate categories, or just one big category – it is up to you. The categories will show across the top of the page, below the header image when viewing your Album page. Clicking a link or an image on the main album page will bring you to the category page, which shows each photo within that album.

  • Album Page = List of Thumbnail bars of images from all albums
    • =Category page = Index of albums within that category
      • ==Album post = list of images attached to the single gallery post, plus any text you add.

To add categories, go to Album  Add Album Category.

    • Edit the image Title
    • Ensure Media File is selected in the Link To menu
